Identify one way that you can implement online assessment tools in your desired career area/classroom. Since I am an Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator, I cannot see using this particular assessment tool in my current role. 

 Identify one challenge that should be considered when implementing online assessment tools. Can this particular assessment took be beneficial in your current job role?
