I am supposed to identify one way to implement a virtual field trip in my area of work. Well I am an Office Coordinator/Executive Assistant and I really can't see how I can plan a virtual field trip or even if it would be beneficial. Covid has implemented the use of Zoom/Teams and/or Webex for meetings and job interviews. When implementing a virtual field trip, the attendees' senses of sight and hearing can only be engaged. Students will be able to learn from these field trips but will not be able to smell or touch anything.

Identify one way that you can implement online assessment tools in your desired career area/classroom. Since I am an Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator, I cannot see using this particular assessment tool in my current role.    Identify one challenge that should be considered when implementing online assessment tools. Can this particular assessment took be beneficial in your current job role?      

 As an example of how we can implement web conferencing and cloud computing in our work area, we use web conferencing weekly, whether it's Zoom, Teams or WebEx meetings. It is extremely convenient to conduct this type of conference. In addition, we saved money! We can now schedule meetings with people regardless of where they are located. No travel expenses are required, meals are not provided, and you are not required to leave your office. For example, sharing the wrong screen or having a problem with your internet connection.

 Identify one way that you can implement a Mobile Device App in your desired career area/classroom. I used to work for our College Marching Band ans we used the Remind app to stay in touch with our members in groups. We had 350 members to keep track of, so we communicated through the app with our groups. For example, when we traveled, we used 7 charter buses. Therefore, the Remind me app was a very convenient and effective way to keep in touch and get the messages to the groups in the other buses. The director could communicate commands to each group. It made it much easier to communicate with everyone that way.  One Challenge would be if the app suddenly crashed. Is it a problem with your operating system, hardware, or other outside conditions. Connectivity could be another challenge to deal with, you also do not want an app that will drain your battery! Groups wishing to use apps such as Remind should conduct a test of the app in advance so that they can come up with a backup plan in

Module 4: Multimedia Project 1. Identify one way that you can implement Power Point Recording and Online Storage in your desired career area/classroom.   I work in an office as an Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator. We use online storage constantly. It cuts down on the paper that you have to order. For example our office hasn't ordered any boxes of paper in at least a year. As far as power point recording - it works very well when you are presenting information to a large group of people. If you are not able to present your presentation in person, you can send your group the power point with your recording attached to the slides. I have an online class where the professor does voice overs for her PPT presentations.      2.  Identify one way that you can implement Microsoft Sway in your desired career? Microsoft Sway can be a great/fun way to send updated information. Working in an office you are asked to gather all types of information and prepare that information in order for it to be presented to a group.
