We use online storage constantly. It cuts down on the paper that you have to order. For example our office hasn't ordered any boxes of paper in at least a year. As far as power point recording - it works very well when you are presenting information to a large group of people. Working in an office you are asked to gather all types of information and prepare that information in order for it to be presented to a group.
